2.1 User Content
You retain full ownership of any content (videos, audio, images) you upload to Crosscut AI. By using the Service, you grant Crosscut AI a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and modify your content solely for the purpose of providing the editing services you request.
2.2 Final Outputs
You own the copyright to any final videos rendered and exported through Crosscut AI. Crosscut AI does not claim any ownership over your creative output.
2.3 AI-Generated Content
Crosscut AI provides AI-generated suggestions, transcripts, and edits. While Crosscut AI strives for accuracy, AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before public distribution.
03. Subscriptions & Payments
Tiers: Free, Pro, and Ultra subscription tiers are offered. Feature limits (e.g., rendering resolution, AI credits, retention periods) depend on your chosen plan.
Payments: All payments are processed through Paystack. By subscribing, you agree to their terms and conditions.
Retention: Projects are retained while your subscription is active. Upon deletion, assets are permanently removed after 7 days (90 days for Pro, 180 days for Ultra Studio subscribers).

You agree not to use Crosscut AI for:
- Uploading illegal or infringing content.
- Creating non-consensual sexual content (Deepfakes).
- Attempts to reverse engineer the Service or its underlying AI models.
- Automated scraping or excessive API requests that degrade Service performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crosscut AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including data loss or loss of profits.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
